Weekly Mercy Memo 02.22.17

A message from our principal, Mrs. Anne Knapke

Dear Gwynedd-Mercy Academy Family and Friends,

Family Bingo Night is finally here!  We greatly appreciate the leadership of our Parents' Organization and parent volunteers for organizing this benefit event.  By supporting Bingo Night, our Parents' Organization is able to provide worthwhile programs for our students.  We look forward to seeing you tomorrow night in the GMA McHugh Gym.

Our final Prospective Parent Open House of the school year will be held this coming Tuesday, February 28, from 9:00 to 10:30 AM.  Word-of-mouth is our most effective marketing.  Please spread the word!

Finally, please mark your calendar for several upcoming events:

  • Our Winter Band and Choral Concert will be held this Tuesday, February 28, at 7:00 PM.  Please come out to support our choir members and musicians.
  • Our Ash Wednesday Liturgy is planned for Wednesday, March 1, at 9:45 AM.  As always, family and friends are welcome and encouraged to attend.
  • Our second Parent Workshop of the school year will be held on Monday, March 6, at 7:00 PM in the Fine Arts Room.  Special guest speaker, Mr. Paul Sanfrancesco, will join Mrs. Lebiedzinski, our Director of Technology, to present the latest information regarding online safety and digital citizenship.  Additional information is included in today's Mercy Memo.

In Christ's love and mercy,

Anne W. Knapke, M.Ed.
