Faculty Summer Camps 2017

GMA Faculty Summer Camps give parents the flexibility of choosing half-day enrollment when signing up for a morning or afternoon activity. Parents can also choose full-day enrollment and select a morning session and an afternoon session. Each camp is separate, but students can enroll in more than one. Our faculty summer camps fill the gap until the Lavner Specialty Camps begin on June 26.

Session A: Week 1 (AM) June 12-16 9:00-11:30

Session B: Week 1 (PM) June 12-16 12:30-3:00

Session C: Week 2 (AM) June 19-23 9:00-11:30

Session D: Week 2 (PM) June 19-23 12:30-3:00

Lunch/Recess supervision will also be available- this option is located at the end of the list of camps.

**New this year (as of March 22, 2017) Before and after care will also be available for campers.

Before Care 7:30-9:00 AM
After Care 3:00-5:30 PM

The full week option is located LAST in the list of camps.

The drop-in option will also be available and payment will be expected each day. $5/day for before camp, $10/day for after camp

Full payment is necessary to ensure a place in camp. Space is limited. The grade that each camp is offered to refers to their current grade (not the incoming grade).

  1. Please register ONLY ONE CHILD at a time.
  2. For EACH child, select the camps he/she will be attending. Notice that most camps have a limited number of students.
  3. After selecting all the camps for that child, you will be prompted to provide his/her name (last name first), current grade (NOT as of September 2015) and important parent contact information.
  4. You will need to register ONE child at a time.
  5. **Important** Be sure to record which camps you are registering for. The receipt does not include this information.
  6. Credit cards and Paypal accounts accepted.
  7. Download and complete health sheet for each child and send it to the office marked "Summer Camp Health Form" (Click the word "download" to connect to the hyperlink where you can download, print and complete the form)

**A camp director and a nurse will be present on-site for the duration of the 2 weeks of camp**

**NO refunds or camp changes after May 29, 2017**

Another goal of the summer camp here at Gwynedd-Mercy is to provide GMA students with extra opportunities to supplement their summer activities. All camps are $160.00 per session. If children are registered for morning and afternoon sessions, they may sign up for Lunch/Recess from 11:30-12:30 at a cost of $15.00 per child, per week.

    • TueAug29 Concussion Testing for athletes in grades 4-8 - see schedule 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

      Concussion testing for fall sports will be held on Tuesday, August 29th. Please refer to the following schedule below. If you are not able to make this date, please contact Mr. Schwartz or Mrs. Patten to set up an alternative time for your child to be tested. Please note, if your child is under 10, they are unable to take this particular Impact Concussion Test.
