Strategic Plan 2026-2031

We learn, lead, and serve in Mercy.

We invite you to discover the vision shaping the next chapter of Gwynedd-Mercy Academy Elementary. Our Strategic Plan focuses on three key pillars: educating and enriching the whole child, cultivating and sustaining a strong GMA community, and stewarding our resources for the future. Together, these pillars will guide our continued growth while ensuring that our Mercy mission remains at the heart of all we do.
