Parent Classroom Open House

Sign ups for the Parent Classroom Open House have concluded and the form is closed.

PARKING/ENTRY

  • Please park in the back parking lot, if possible. If you are driving your child(ren) to school, kindly go through the carline first, drop them off, and then park.

  • Enter through the Gallery doors by the Greentop.

  • When you arrive, you’ll sign in and receive a nametag. We ask that you write your name on it and keep it visible throughout your visit.

  • After checking in, gather with other parents in the Gallery until the event begins at 8:30 AM.

SCHEDULE

We will be following an "Open House" format, so you will be able to flow freely from one classroom to the next. A map of the school and a schedule will be provided to you at check-in Thursday morning.

Parent Classroom Open House Schedule

  • 8:15-8:30 AM - Parent arrivals—enter Gallery door from Greentop
  • 8:30-8:50 AM - Parents proceed to homerooms for Advisory/Morning Meeting
  • 8:50-9:20 AM - Parents attend 2nd period class
  • 9:20-9:50 AM - Parents attend 3rd period class
  • 9:50 AM - Parents head to the Gym for Liturgy
  • 10:00 AM - Thanksgiving Liturgy

REMINDER

The Parents Classroom Open House is designed as a parents-only opportunity so that classroom observations can remain focused, quiet, and respectful of students and teachers. We also have limited space in the classrooms when we include parent visitors, which makes it challenging to accommodate additional little ones.
