QUEST CLUBS-Fall 2024 - Sign Up Form

Please note that that the school does not provide a nurse after school hours. Therefore, there will not be a nurse available during Club sessions. It is a requirement that all pertinent information is provided during registration for each club session.

All clubs have limited class sizes and enrollment is first come, first served. Quest Club options will close when filled, even if the September 15 deadline has not yet arrived.

Parents arriving late for pickup will have to pick their child up from CARES and will be responsible for the CARES registration fee. Please be mindful of our instructors and their time by being on time. Please direct any specific questions to the instructors offering the courses.
