K-12 Alerts Detailed Setup Instructions

Returning users, go to Gwynedd-Mercy Academy Elementary's K12 Alerts site and enter the username and password that you previously created. Click Login to enter the site and update your information. If you forget your password, click on the "Click Here" text below the Login button and follow the instructions to retrieve your password.

First time users, go to Gwynedd-Mercy Academy Elementary's K12 Alerts site and enter the email address that you want to receive notifications. Click Sign Up.

Enter your contact information in the fields.
When you have entered all of the requested information, Click on Click here to continue.

You are able to select multiple attributes for your child(ren). Please only select the busing school district that applies to you. You may add multiple grades from the list. When you are finished adding attributes, click on the Click to Continue button.

We are asking for your busing school district and the grades of your children in case of needing to send targeted messages in the future. If you do not select any of the options, you will still be notified when we send closing or emergency notifications out to all students and faculty/staff.

You have successfully registered for emergency notifications from Gwynedd-Mercy Academy Elementary. Click Click Her to Continue. If you need to update your information in the future, you may log into the system to do so.
